Jaclyn Sanchez
Associate

Jaclyn “Jacky” Sanchez represents clients in a wide range of civil and employment matters. She counsels clients on workplace policies, agreements, and day-to-day issues; defends against claims involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes; and conducts pre-suit internal investigations. Jacky handles all phases of civil litigation in both federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, working with companies of all sizes, public and private, across various industries.

Prior to joining Llopiz Wizel LLP, Jacky worked as an associate attorney for the labor and employment group of a full-service Chambers ranked firm. During law school, Jacky served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Edwin G. Torres at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also served as the President of Miami Law Women, won first place in a regional 11th Circuit Bankruptcy competition with the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and worked as a Student Clinician at the Eleanor R. Cristol and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic.

Prior to law school, Jacky served as a congressional aide at the Office of a former Congresswoman. She also co-founded Alli Solutions, LLC, where her mission was to bring accessible and sustainable feminine hygiene products to market through innovative, touch-free sanitary vending solutions. She grew the business to encompass numerous prominent shopping malls across the United States and provide thousands of women with access to essential feminine care products.
