Joshua is an experienced litigation attorney with over eight years of practice across a broad range of civil matters.

Joshua's practice spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and discovery to motion practice, settlement, and trial. Joshua has conducted thousands of depositions, handled mediations and hearings, and prepared a broad array of litigation documents, including motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs. He is known for his meticulous preparation, practical problem-solving, and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received the C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Communication and Research. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida.
