Brian’s practice focuses on high-stakes disputes spanning a wide range of substantive areas, including business and commercial litigation, tort and negligence claims, and matters involving public entities and institutional clients. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, from early case evaluation and strategic planning through discovery, motion practice, depositions, and resolution. Brian is particularly skilled at distilling complex legal and factual issues into clear, practical strategies that align with his clients’ legal and operational objectives.
Brian works closely with clients to manage risk, control litigation costs, and position cases for efficient and favorable outcomes. His experience includes advising clients on pre-suit exposure, developing defensible litigation strategies, and advocating on their behalf in contested proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Brian practiced civil litigation in Florida, where he handled a broad portfolio of cases and gained substantial experience managing complex disputes from inception through resolution. His background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of litigation strategy, case valuation, and the practical considerations that drive successful outcomes.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor and is admitted to practice in Florida and North Carolina.
